Why should I choose Customer Skills, LLC for training?

Where can I find a listing of upcoming training workshops?

From the home page of www.customerskills.com, click on Upcoming Events. You will find a listing of currently-offered training workshops.

I am a student who would like to attend one of your workshops. Do you offer student discounts?

Yes, in most cases. Please call 612.242.8222 to speak with one of our customer representatives.

Do you offer on-site training?

Yes. Customer Skills, LLC can tailor-make a training program to fit your needs. You might find it easier, and more cost effective, for one of our trainers to come to your site and teach your staff. Send an email to info@customerskills.com with your request or you can call 612.242.8222.

Does the registration fee include written materials handed out at the workshop?

Yes. All attendees receive written materials prepared by the workshop faculty.

What is your refund policy if I cancel my registration?

If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the workshop date, Customer Skills, LLC will refund your registration fee less $10; or you may send another person in your place, at no additional cost. You may also choose to receive a pass to another Customer Skills workshop for the full amount you have paid.
