It occurred to me how much this quote holds true for what our customer’s think of us, individually and by proxy, the companies we represent. This could be good news or it could be a hot mess. Customer’s opinions have never been formed by a business’ “Mission Statement” or even what we would like them to think about us, that’s just wishful thinking. What their opinions are defined by is the series of moments that they experience every time they interact with us. Think of each of your customer experiences as a “flip book” of photos. What does the story say about you? Does it match the image you would like your customers to have?
