You “tweeted” – So what!

You blog on your website, Facebook or wherever and have tweeted enough to make a songbird jealous, so why aren’t new customers lined up outside your door?

The truth is, social media is a great way for your current fans/customers to follow what the latest and greatest is with your company, but it normally doesn’t generate new business.

If someone has not experienced for themselves how fabulous you and your staff are there’s absolutely no reason they’re going to care about your company’s scoop du jour let alone go out of their way to seek it out.

So the question is, if social media isn’t the best way for new customers to know how smashing you are, what is?
