Who are you talking to?

Do you treat everyone the same?  You shouldn’t.  Learn to read your customer according to their personality type.  Are they a Trailblazer, Scholar, Social Butterfly or People Pleaser?  Treating each of these personas differently can make your job easier and a lot more interesting.  With a little practice, you can learn to get an accurate feel for anyone’s personality style within seconds of meeting them.

Here are the personality types summed up into just a couple words.  How many can you spot today?

Scholar                    Logical and detail oriented

Social Butterfly        Energetic and dynamic

People Pleaser        Consistent and diplomatic
